Dr Coyle enjoys all aspects of General Practice and has built great relationships with patients over the years.
Dr Coyle became a doctor in 1971 and practiced as a GP in Cairns for decades. He brings a breadth of experience to his patients and works at our clinic on a part time basis.
He loves to visit Samoa, where his daughter lives, and is a keen stand up paddle boarder.

Presently, many GP clinics are owned by corporate entities. Here at Southcare, we are owned and run by Dr Derrick and Dr Michelle who are both experienced GPs.
We offer a wide range of services to support your health. Our doctors have a wide range of expertise across all areas of general practice assisted by a team of caring nurses and reception staff.
We are an AGPAL accredited practice. Additionally, we are accredited with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) for registrar training.
