Information about fees
Southcare is a mixed billing practice. This means we bulk bill patients who meet the following criteria:
- Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander
- Pension Concession Card holder
- Health Care Card holder
- DVA Gold Card holder
- Children aged 0-15 years
All other patients are privately billed after their appointment, where an instant rebate is available. This allows Southcare to remain sustainable and continue to deliver the highest standard of care.
