Consultations are by appointment only and our friendly practice staff will endeavour to accommodate your preferred time and General Practitioner. If more than one person in a family wishes to see the doctor at the same time, please make sure to make an appointment for each individual.
Emergencies
Emergencies will be given priority and patients will be seen on the same day.
In an event of a medical emergency, please dial 000 and ask for an ambulance.

Changes to your consultation
To assist us in keeping waiting times to a minium, please request a longer consultation if you have a complex medical condition or wish to discuss more than one problem with your GP. If you are unable to attend an appointment for any reason, please notify us as soon as possible. Repeated non-attendance for booked appointments may result in further requests being restricted.
Common examples of reasons to book a Long Consultation
- Cervical Screenings
- Insertion and/or removal of Implanon and Mirena
- Mental Health counselling, including Mental Health Care Plans
- Multiple or complex medical problems
- New patients with complex medical needs
Getting results of any test or procedure
Your GP will advise you when they expect the results to arrive at the practice. You will need to call us to make an appointment to see your doctor to find out your results.There may be times when abnormal test results arrive back and the Doctor will want to see you earlier. One of our staff will try and contact you by telephone to arrange an appointment.
Reminders:
Our clinic is committed to preventative care and chronic disease management. You will receive reminders from time to time, offering you a health service appropriate to your care. These reminders are automated so if you do not wish to be a part of this system, please let our staff or your doctor know. The success of this reminder system relies on us having accurate contact details for you, so make sure this is updated at your next visit.
